Location
Hilly vineyards on chalk and flint soils south of Bergerac.

Blend of Sauvignon (40%), Sémillon (40%), Muscadelle (20%).

Winemaking Process
The grapes are harvested at their optimal maturity, after which they go through a direct pressing or “skin-contact” maceration process, and sedimentation at 5°C. It is then fined and filtered before bottling.
